30 minute class consists of a proper warm-up, cool-down, and cardio implementing high and low intensity including plyometrics to burn calories and improve coordination.

Pure Strength

30 minute class consists of a proper warm-up, cool down, and total body strength training incorporating resistance bands and dumbbells, topping it off with a challenge ab set.
